Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2012 RTW: Tailored Military Runway

This collection reminds me of Russian military camp, where all the coats are structured greatcoats and capes in felted wools. Very sleek, very tailored, very Russian.

The main colour palette is black, khaki green, navy blue. Gypsy skirts are seen in many pieces, full of Bohemian flairs.

A bit on the gothic edge I may say. But still look awesome nonetheless.

I'm extremely in love with these military coats! I've always had a thing on boyish-semi masculine look, and these next few pieces are definitely what I've had in mind whenever I thought of striking a balanced masculine-feminine touch on winter clothing. Perfect.

Pencil skirt!

Really adore the knee-high leather boots on cropped pants. Not the messenger bag and the hairdo, but the pants.

See what I mean? The coat and the pants are perfect! Even adding a silk blouse won't get it any better than perfect.

Next, the Bohemian look. Whenever I see this sort of look I've always instantly reminded of my elder sister. She owns so many dresses like these.

Few pieces that I can't really appreciate from this collection. Just can't bring myself to. The pairing just doesn't look good to me. What's your opinion?
